By maintaining detailed oversight throughout the project, we significantly reduce punch-list items and provide GCs with full transparency at every stage.

Our QC System Includes:

  • Daily walk-throughs with the superintendent to review progress, identify issues early, and confirm readiness for upcoming phases

  • Photo documentation of completed areas, in-progress work, and any items requiring follow-up

  • Color-coded tracking logs to monitor units, floors, and common spaces in real time

  • Weekly reporting summarizing production rates, completed areas, upcoming work, and any items needing attention

  • Mock-up unit approval to establish finish standards and ensure alignment among ownership, design teams, and the GC

  • Finish verification checklists covering walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinetry, railings, and specialty coatings
